Every customer can use support. Automation monitoring and commands are enabled according to the active plan and remain limited to that customer's sessions.

The Remote App is a secure web app. Install it directly from Safari.
Open Remote App in Safari
Tap Open Remote App below before installing. Do not add the Admin page itself.
Tap Share
Use Safari’s Share button, then choose Add to Home Screen.
Launch the icon
Open Silent Bots from your Home Screen whenever you need to check or stop a session.

How remote shutdown works
The Remote App sends a secured, plan-authorized command through your Silent Bots account. A connected desktop receives that command during its next server check-in and then performs the requested action.
The desktop must still be online and connected to Silent Bots to receive a new remote command. If a computer is powered off, disconnected from the internet, or the desktop app is no longer running, there is no active automation for the Remote App to control.
