Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective and last updated: July 29, 2026
1. Automatic renewal
Your subscription automatically renews each month at the price disclosed at checkout until you cancel. You authorize the payment method associated with the subscription to be charged for each renewal and applicable taxes.
2. Canceling future renewals
You can cancel at any time from the Silent Bots Dashboard using Manage subscription, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and ordinarily leaves access active through the end of the already-paid billing period. Deleting the app, removing an emulator, or no longer using the Service does not cancel the subscription.
If you cannot access the billing portal, contact [email protected] from your account email before the renewal date.
3. No-refund policy
Because subscription benefits and digital software access are made available immediately after payment, completed charges are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, changes of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, third-party account action, device incompatibility that was disclosed or reasonably testable, or a supported third-party interface changing.
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, cooling-off, warranty, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Where the law requires a refund, Silent Bots will provide the required remedy.
4. Billing errors and exceptional review
If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after a timely cancellation, contact support promptly with the account email, charge date, amount, and a description. Do not send full card details. We will review verified billing errors and correct them where appropriate.
Silent Bots may, at its discretion, make a written exception based on documented circumstances. An exception does not change this Policy for future charges or other customers.
5. Unauthorized charges
If you do not recognize a charge, first secure your account and contact us promptly. You should also follow your payment provider’s instructions for unauthorized activity. We may suspend associated licenses while a payment dispute or fraud investigation is pending.
6. Failed payments and disputes
Access may be limited or suspended after a failed, reversed, refunded, or disputed payment. Filing a chargeback does not itself cancel future subscription renewals; cancel through the billing portal or contact support. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account termination.
7. Plan changes
The billing portal may permit upgrades, downgrades, or cancellation. Any immediate charge, credit, proration, or effective date shown in the portal before confirmation controls that change.
8. Contact
Billing and cancellation questions may be sent to [email protected] or submitted through account support.
