Terms of Service

1. The service

Silent Bots provides software that can automate supported games, emulators, websites, and applications. Features may change as supported software, interfaces, and technical requirements change. “Service” in these Terms includes the Silent Bots website, desktop software, APIs, support services, updates, and related features.

Silent Bots is an independent automation provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game, publisher, developer, platform, application, or service listed in the Automation Library or used with the software. All third-party product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any relationship with Silent Bots.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and license keys, all activity under your account, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense account access except where Silent Bots expressly permits it.

3. License and ownership

While your account and applicable subscription remain active, Silent Bots grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for its intended purpose and within your plan’s device limits.

Silent Bots and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its source code, automation logic, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, and updates. Except where applicable law cannot restrict it, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, extract, scrape, resell, sublicense, defeat licensing or security controls, or use the Service to develop or train a competing product.

4. Subscriptions, automatic renewal, and payment

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize Silent Bots and its payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for each renewal, plus applicable taxes. Prices or plan features may change prospectively after reasonable notice where required.

You may cancel future renewals at any time through the Silent Bots Dashboard by selecting the subscription-management option, which opens the secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the checkout offer or applicable law states otherwise. Deleting the software or stopping use does not cancel billing.

Digital access begins immediately after a successful purchase. Payments, refunds, billing errors, and cancellations are also governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your responsibilities and third-party services

You decide when, where, and how to use automation. You are responsible for your devices, accounts, data, configurations, actions performed through the software, and compliance with laws and third-party terms. Automation may be prohibited by a game, platform, employer, service, or account provider and may lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension, loss of data or virtual items, or account termination.

Silent Bots does not guarantee that a third party will permit automation, that an automation will remain compatible, or that use will avoid detection or enforcement. You assume those risks. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Updates, availability, and support

The Service may install or require updates. We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, or service quality. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently compatible service. Support response and resolution times are not guaranteed unless a separate written service-level agreement applies.

7. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay, abused support or infrastructure, or used the Service to harm others. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. You may stop using the Service at any time, but you must separately cancel an active subscription to stop future renewals.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Silent Bots disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, compatibility, and results. We do not warrant that automation will be accepted by any third party or that it cannot affect an account, device, application, virtual property, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silent Bots will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, accounts, virtual items, or business opportunities arising from the Service. Silent Bots’ total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Silent Bots during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Silent Bots from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Silent Bots.

11. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, communicated or presented for renewed acceptance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the incorporated policies form the entire agreement about the Service unless a separate written agreement applies. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and choice-of-law rules remain unaffected.
