Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: July 29, 2026
1. Information we collect
Account and contact information
Email address, optional username, account role, encrypted or hashed authentication data, policy acceptance records, support messages, and preferences.
Subscription and licensing information
Plan, subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, license status, device limits, and transaction-related records. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe; Silent Bots does not store full card numbers.
Device, automation, and diagnostic information
Device or emulator identifiers, license fingerprints, software and operating-system versions, IP address, security events, session status, automation settings and events, performance metrics, error reports, and logs. Screenshots or log bundles may be processed when you intentionally submit them, request support, or enable a feature that requires screen analysis.
Website information
Basic request, browser, device, referral, and security information necessary to operate and protect the website. We may use essential cookies or local storage for login, preferences, billing flows, and security.
2. How we use information
- Provide accounts, licenses, downloads, automation, updates, billing, and support.
- Authenticate users, enforce device and plan limits, and prevent fraud, abuse, intrusion, or account takeover.
- Operate, troubleshoot, measure, secure, and improve the Service.
- Send transactional, security, billing, support, and material service notices.
- Meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect users, Silent Bots, and others.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, legal obligations, and consent where specifically requested.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that help with payment processing, hosting, security, email delivery, analytics, and customer support; with professional advisers; during a corporate transaction; or when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.
4. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain subscription and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data type. Support and diagnostic records may be removed or de-identified when no longer needed, while billing and acceptance records may be retained longer for legal and accounting purposes.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, protected credentials, and security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure. Keep credentials and license keys confidential, use unique passwords, secure your devices, and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
6. Your choices and rights
You may update certain account details, manage your subscription, or submit a privacy request through support. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, or appeal a request decision. We may verify your identity and retain information where law permits or requires.
Silent Bots does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
7. International processing
Silent Bots and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for international transfers.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. Contact us if you believe a child provided information improperly.
9. Third-party services
The Service may interact with third-party games, emulators, platforms, and applications. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Silent Bots is not responsible for information a third party collects directly from you.
10. Policy changes
We may update this Policy as the Service or law changes. The updated date will appear above, and material changes will be communicated when required.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. Describe the request and the account email involved; do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary secrets.
