Acceptable Use Policy
Effective and last updated: July 29, 2026
1. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Silent Bots to:
- Break the law, facilitate fraud, steal property or credentials, evade lawful access controls, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Access, control, monitor, scrape, alter, or disrupt an account, device, network, service, or data without authorization.
- Distribute malware, interfere with security or availability, overload infrastructure, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or conceal abusive activity.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person.
- Generate spam, deceptive engagement, fake reviews, fraudulent transactions, or other misleading activity.
- Bypass Silent Bots licensing, authentication, encryption, device limits, rate limits, update controls, or security measures.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, extract, reproduce, sell, sublicense, publish, or use Silent Bots code or automation logic to create or train a competing product, except where a restriction is prohibited by law.
- Share credentials or license keys outside the account and device limits of your plan.
2. Third-party games and applications
Support for an application does not mean its owner permits automation. You must review and follow its rules. You assume the risk of warnings, restrictions, suspension, loss of virtual property or data, and account termination. Do not describe Silent Bots as affiliated with or approved by a third party unless that third party has expressly said so.
3. Safe operation
Review settings before starting an automation, supervise higher-risk actions, maintain backups where appropriate, protect credentials, and stop the software if results are unexpected. Do not use automation where an error could reasonably cause physical harm, emergency-service disruption, unlawful financial activity, or other high-impact consequences.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and limit, suspend, or terminate accounts or licenses. We may preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, enforce our agreements, or protect users and others. We may consider severity, repetition, intent, harm, and remediation when deciding how to respond.
5. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse or security issues to [email protected]. Include enough detail to investigate, but do not send passwords, full card details, malware, or sensitive third-party data unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
